- Some lab tests may require fasting for 8–12 hours prior to specimen collection. Please call the clinic to confirm whether fasting is necessary for your specific test.
- Be sure to stay well-hydrated and continue taking your prescribed medications as directed.
- If you are taking hormone supplements, we recommend doing so for approximately five days prior to your blood draw to help assess peak levels. For the most accurate results, hormone levels are best tested between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Will there be assistance in interpret my results?
Your primary care doctor can assist in interpreting the results. Our provider will specifically discuss and abnormal findings with you only.
Can I use my insurance?
No, we do not bill insurance companies; all laboratory testing must be paid for out-of-pocket at the time of purchase using a credit card or debit card.
