1. Scheduling Your Initial Consultation:

We’ll review your medical history, discuss your treatment goals, create a personalized plan, and answer any questions you may have.

2. Comprehensive Lab Work:

Begin with a full lab panel draw to assess your health and hormone levels.

3. Optional Follow-Up Consultation:

Review lab results and personalized dosing recommendations. Ensure you feel confident with self-injections, providing a step-by-step walkthrough if needed.

4. Membership Activation:

Your hormone membership program begins on the day of your consultation and is billed monthly. There is a 6-month commitment required.

Program Benefits

Initial Consultation Phase:


  • Provider Follow-Up: A scheduled appointment at the clinic or virtual to assess your progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Testosterone Therapy: Personalized testosterone treatment tailored to your needs.
  • Estrogen-Blocking Medication: Prescriptions provided if necessary.
  • 4 to 6-Week Lab Draw: Half-panel lab work to monitor your initial progress.

Ongoing Hormone Program

  • Personalized dosing of testosterone cream, BHRT pellets, or injectables.
  • Personalized dosing of estradiol, progesterone, and estrogen blockers as needed.
  • Medication can be mailed directly to your home if applicable.

Nurses are available for in-clinic injections for an additional fee. Must bring in your prescription with your name on the original box.

  • Half-panel lab draws up to a maximum of (4) per year.
  • Full-panel lab draw (1) per year.

Comprehensive follow-up appointment with your provider after 12 months.
