POST-PROCEDURE CARE
Along with the guidance provided by your provider, you should note the following:
- Avoid exposure of the treated area to sun, UV lamps, and extreme temperatures for 24-48 hours. Use appropriate sunscreen protection.
- Avoid vigorous physical activity and/or working out for 24-48 hours.
- Avoid submersion of the procedure area for the first 24-48 hours (hot baths, hot tub, sauna, steam room, etc.).
- If any sterile dressings were used, follow your provider’s guidance regarding care instructions.
- Worsening or prolonged symptoms or signs should be reported to your provider.
